3. Account Registration

  • Phone number verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.

4. Service Description

Jumper enables users to:

  • Discover other users located in the same place.

  • Access events and calendars provided by partners and sponsors.

  • View news, updates, and informational content from partners and sponsors.

  • Participate in experiences and activities offered through the platform.

5. Community Rules

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate another person.

  • Create fake accounts.

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users.

  • Share unlawful, hateful, violent, discriminatory, or defamatory content.

  • Use the application for fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt to bypass or interfere with Jumper's security measures.

6. Partner and Sponsored Content

Jumper may display:

  • Events

  • Calendars

  • News

  • Promotional offers

  • Informational content

provided by partners, sponsors, or third-party organizers.

Jumper does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of content provided by third parties.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Jumper reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in cases involving:

  • Violations of these Terms.

  • Fraudulent activity.

  • Behavior that threatens the safety or integrity of the platform or its users.

8. Subscriptions and Purchases

Jumper may offer premium features and paid subscriptions.

Payments may be processed through:

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

  • Stripe

  • Other payment methods offered by Jumper

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

Applicable pricing will be displayed before purchase.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform used for the purchase.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

10. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

For purchases made through Apple or Google, refund requests must be submitted directly to the relevant platform in accordance with their policies.

Any statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights available under local law remain unaffected.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials associated with Jumper are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Jumper provides its services on an "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability of the service.

  • Uninterrupted operation.

  • The accuracy of content published by users or partners.

Users remain solely responsible for their interactions with other users.

The processing of personal data is governed by Jumper's Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
